Hi, I’m Keri. I’ll be honest: I hate kale and sweet potatoes, but I love Brussels sprouts and French fries. I practice yoga by day, play pickleball whenever I can, and enjoy a martini at night. Balance is my motto.
I’ve been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over twenty-five years, and I still love what I do. My philosophy is straightforward: there are no “good” or “bad” foods. All foods can be part of a healthy diet—it’s about balance, variety, and figuring out what works best for you. Deprivation is not part of my vocabulary.
I don’t believe in quick-fix diets or TikTok trends. Instead, I encourage small, realistic changes that add up to long-lasting results. That belief inspired me to write The Small Change Diet, where I share strategies that have helped countless clients succeed. I rely on research, not fads, to inform my recommendations.
What I believe in goes beyond food: staying active, embracing healthy aging, and making time for the people who matter most. I’m a bonus mom to a son and a daughter, and a proud grandmother of three. Nothing motivates me more than keeping up with my growing family.
Before becoming a dietitian, I worked in the fashion industry in New York City. While I loved the style, I wasn’t passionate about what I was selling. Now, I help people look and feel their best from the inside out.
I live in Chatham, NJ, with my husband and our four-legged son.
