“Never, say never!” I recently spent time in the Catskill Mountains with some friends and went for a beer tasting. YEP, you read that right – BEER! This die-hard martini loving gal stepped out of her cocktail comfort zone and actually found out she enjoys beer. Not ALL beer, and I am not about to start downing six-packs, but a nice cold brewski on a hot summer day, sign me up! Who’s with me?

Trust me – mixing balsamic vinegar with seltzer is no where near a coke – regardless if it is a healthier option or not.
