Well, daylight savings recently came to an end in NY. Weirdly enough not everywhere – but that’s another story for another time! As much as I hate it getting dark so early, I do like when the sun comes into my room earlier making it much easier for me to get out of bed. I guess, I’m always in favor for getting an early start to the day!! Anyone else?

Gisele Bündchen’s 14 Best Diet and Exercise HabitsEveryday Health

You gotta love when magazines report on a top model’s diet and exercise habits! For starters, the average person isn’t built like them to begin with. Secondly, one person’s successful habits doesn’t make them successful for all. And lastly, a model isn’t necessarily an expert on food and nutrition just because she looks great.

Research Suggests Most Popular Diets Have Poor Diet QualityU.S. News Eat + Run Blog

It was rather interesting for me to interview the author of this study for both my U.S. News blog and for The Keri Report podcast. Personally, I didn’t find it surprising, but rather substantiated my existing beliefs. My only hope is that the consumer will eventually understand that food restriction can come with consequences.
