Well, here I am again in another weird yoga position. Foot behind the head, why you ask? Foot behind the head, why not I reply! Here’s the thing – we all have different things that challenge us. Different goals, aspirations, struggles, dreams, etc. But at the end of the day – we are all the same. We are all just trying to get by in a crazy world. And the important thing is that we never give up on ourselves; we keep moving forward, the best way we can. And one day, maybe our goals all seem just a little more attainable!

How To Keep Up Your Healthy Routine While Traveling – Women’s Health Magazine
Yes, it is possible; but, do you have to? That answer depends on you. For some people, if they over-eat on vacation they return feeling like crap. Not the best way to return from a vacation, right? On the other hand for others, they drink and eat too much and return home feeling just fine. Hmmm? Honestly, I say know yourself and then plan accordingly. Meanwhile as for me, I only wish i was traveling! 🙂
Is Low Carb Bread Better For You Than Regular Bread? – Women’s Health Magazine
If there is one word (OK, two words in conjunction) that I wish would disappear is “low-carb”. I wouldn’t mind replacing the “low” with “healthy” just so there are no misconceptions. And 100% whole grain bread would fall into that category. In reality two slices of 100% whole grain bread do not have too many carbs, or calories for that matter, for the average person. So do yourself a favor and go enjoy a slice (or two!).
Nutritionist Claims Pizza Is a Healthier Breakfast Than Cereal – NY Post
And that nutritionist wasn’t me! BUT – I will say there are many factors to consider; such as, type of cereal, cereal toppings, serving size, pizza crust, pizza toppings, etc. If we were to compare a bowl of high fiber cereal topped with nuts, berries and low-fat milk vs. a slice of pizza, cheese-stuffed crust, topped with sausage and pepperoni, which do you honestly think is a healthier way to start your day? A no-brainer – in case you’re asking! 🙂
