“I can see for miles and miles”…….some of you might not know these lyrics from The Who; but, for some reason this song just pops into my head when I see all these berries! Anyway, I LOVE berries, actually any kind of berry, I don’t discriminate. And every year when they first arrive at the farmers market I get really excited. For me, this marks the beginning of summer and for all the other yummy summer foods that lie ahead! #TheLittleThings

Even though Father’s Day was two days ago our memories of our Dads pop up all the time. I was so happy to be able to write this article and share a tad of my memories along side many of my colleagues. What I found funny though is that when I spoke to my sisters about this article they were like, “What? You learned to chop veggies from Dad? Really?” I guess even among siblings memories can differ, but that’s what makes memories special – they are our own!

Can Probiotics Really Help You Lose Weight? Prevention Magazine

If I’ve said it once, I will probably say it a zillion more times – we cannot draw conclusions based on animal studies. What we can do is consider them promising and continue to conduct more research! You can find probiotics here if you’re interested in trying them out for yourself. Presently what we know for sure, hands down, in regards to probiotics is that they are beneficial for our digestive health. Weight loss? Read what the experts (other than just me) have to say!
