Making my way back to my mat.

I recently posted on social for my client EpiCor about getting lax with our health. Personally, with the 30 degrees and below temps here in NYC, all I want to do is stay indoors and watch TV. It is certainly easier sometimes to get complacent than it is to work hard at something. However, at the end of the day our health DOES MATTER, and we should ALWAYS find a way back to taking care of ourselves!

Well, January is almost over and you either have been doing Dry January or not. I have NOT. BUT, I do see how for some people it could make sense. And the funny thing about this, same as with so many other things, you don’t ONLY need to give it a try in January. I know – shocking!

Oh, the extremes some people will go! Sigh. What makes this so terrible is that young girls look up to the cheerleaders on this show. Talk about bad role models. Anyway, the watermelon diet is just another restrictive way of losing weight. Sigh, again.
