  • The F-Factor Diet Is Getting Major Backlash From Dietitians – But Is It Really Necessary?
  • What Are Postbiotics, and How Can They Benefit You?

Amazon Halo Is First Wearable to Calculate Body Fat PercentageVery Well Health

I think I said it best here: “I wouldn’t put that much stock in any one tool, wearable or not. The F-Factor Diet Is Getting Major Backlash from Dietitians – But Is It Really Necessary?Shape Magazine

I had been following this story as it unfolded and was glad that Shape asked me to chime in. As you will see from the article I had a lot to say. I do think there is always two sides to a story and it is important that both are heard. One thing I know for sure is that I am disheartened by how quickly influencers on social media pass judgement, especially on each other!
