So often I am asked about fish oil supplements. Do you really need them? If so, how much to take? Which one to buy? Thanks to Forbes Magazine for including my in this very newsworthy piece!

BTW – since the article went live I heard from an expert in the space that you should NOT freeze fish oil supplements since it can make them brittle. Refrigerating them is better.
