It is hard for me to believe that it’s been around a year that COVID-19 has been part of our lives. On one hand I feel we have come SO far from that time, but on the hand it feels we have SO far to go! Thank you for joining me along this rather bumpy ride!

In this week’s the Keri Report:

  • What is Vegan Collagen?
  • 6 Health Benefits of Cabbage, According to Nutritionists
  • What are Superfoods Bringing to the Table?

What are Superfoods Bringing to the Table? – The Keri Report Podcast

It seems like every month there’s a new “listicle” that talks about the “top 10 superfoods” that you should be eating. As an RDN, I can’t help but cringe because often these lists are limited, expensive and quite frankly, pointless.

In my latest podcast, DJ Blatner, RDN, CSSD and Author of The Superfood Swap, joins me to take a hard look at what makes a superfood and where they fit into a balanced diet. Is there any difference between “superfoods” and foods that are just plain good for you?
