Recently I was out of town for 2 weeks, first for a wedding, YEP an actual in-person wedding, and then to help my mom move into an assisted living place. When I returned, after not practicing yoga or eating my best, it was once again a wake-up call on how important it is to still take care of one’s self even when it is hard to. Obviously it goes without saying that water can be your best friend when temps get high, but not everyone loves to drink it. If you are in that camp, even sometimes, don’t miss out on what 8 foods can help!
Now that people are hitting the roads again and travel is picking up I thought you might find this article helpful. If I’ve said it once, OR a zillion times, there are healthier choices is almost every fast food restaurant. YOU just have to seek them out. Read on my friends…
