Recently I was out of town for 2 weeks, first for a wedding, YEP an actual in-person wedding, and then to help my mom move into an assisted living place. When I returned, after not practicing yoga or eating my best, it was once again a wake-up call on how important it is to still take care of one’s self even when it is hard to. For sure it may not always be an easy task, but it should always be worth a try.

For the record – I don’t think anyone needs to “kick their coffee habit” unless of course it doesn’t agree with you. Drinking coffee is not a bad vice unless of course you add LOTS of sugar and cream. However, these recommended morning drinks may still be worth a try if you are looking to expand your horizons. OH – and also for the record – caffeine is NOT dehydrating as stated in this otherwise great article!
