A very common misconception is when it is OK to eat a food based on expiration dates (or sell-by dates). I hate to think the amount of food I might be wasting if I didn’t now better. As for eggs, I go through them SO quickly so it is never an issue; but happy that Women’s Health covered this topic as a reminder of which I can share with you!

I don’t know about anyone else but I definitely think popcorn and binge-watching TV is such a nice way to spend a Sunday afternoon. Yesterday finished Fauda (…what an ending!) Mind you, given the current “shelter-in” status of our lives, it’s not like I had many other options. Lots of people think that microwave popcorn isn’t a healthy choice, but I will disagree! This article gives some great options if interested. (Obviously, that’s if you can find in your store!) All I ask, is that you watch your portion size.
