So much craziness in the world. I’ve been thinking about it a lot lately. I try not to let it get to me me. Instead I try to focus on everything that I have to be grateful for and live with an open heart. I suggest you try the same.

Dietitians Reveal The Biggest Weight Loss Mistakes The Fresh Blog, Luvo

By now there have probably been way too many articles written about weight loss. But the funny thing is (OK maybe not haha funny!) is that there is no sign in the future of them disappearing. I guess there are still too many people out here who aren’t listening. Perhaps, this article by my RD pal, Alissa Rumsey, will NOT be taken with a grain of salt. Fingers crossed!
