I’ve been thinking a lot lately about how at the beginning of every month, or every week, there’s a mindset out there of “Go get ’em!” Really though, what if that’s the last thing you feel like doing? Why have we been conditioned to believe that feeling unmotivated, or tired, is a negative thing? I say starting today we own ALL our feelings and with the understanding that sometimes we just sit with them. NO needed pep talks, no inspiration, just be. Accepting where we are in the moment, without any expectations at all! BUT, maybe pour yourself more coffee??? 🙂
