Product Pick of the Week: Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars, Lemon

With wishful thinking that the warm weather would finally arrive; I’m thinking you may enjoy one of these Outshine Simply Yogurt Bars. I like that the ingredient list is fairly short, it’s made with 100% yogurt, and without artificial flavors or colors. Plus, it’s not often you get 5g of protein and 10% of your daily calcium needs from a dessert. I can even imagine having this as an low-calorie afternoon snack. This flavor has 10 g of sugar, which isn’t LOW for sugar per se, but after all, you’re having dessert, so some added sugar is to be expected. And you really can’t beat the portion control of a single pop.

Nutrition Facts (that I care about) in 1 bar:
* 80 Calories
* 2 g Total Fat
* 1 g Saturated Fat
* 10 g Sugar
* 5 g Protein
