As 2017 comes to a close I really can’t get over how quickly it flew by. My father always said that the older you get, the quicker time goes. I think he was right – but then again, I think he was right about most things! There will be things from 2017 I wish to leave behind, but I guess that comes with the territory of what we call life. But more importantly, I always look forward to a new year and all the opportunities that come with it. I would like to think of it as an empty canvas waiting to be filled with beauty and wonder

You might know by now that I am NOT a fan of resolutions. Mainly because I don’t think we need a specific date in the year to tell us that it is time to make changes. No matter what it almost always comes down to serving sizes, especially if losing weight is a health goal. Whether you are making an unhealthy choice OR healthy choice – size does matter. Problem is, I think most people still are a little clueless when it comes to portions. Thanks to What’s Goo:D for giving us a head start for the New Year. Take notes! 🙂

What’s your ideal diet?Delicious Living

And that’s the million dollar question!!!! Hey, I don’t even like to label anything as a diet, so much prefer to simply talk about healthy eating. But none the less, many people constantly inquire about them. Thanks to my RD pal, Rachel Begun, for putting together a popular list of today’s diets and asking a group of nutrition experts for the low-down. Let me know if we missed any that you might like to hear more about.
