But, I am a fan of waking up in the morning anytime of the year and checking in with ourselves. Asking yourself if you are you doing something (anything!) to help you reach your goals, whether that be personal or specifically work related. And if the answer is no, then why the hell not start TODAY!

SO many reasons to enjoy a piece of fish; yet, I know many people claim to not know how to cook it. Personally, I like to keep it simple. I brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and coriander on top and place in the broiler for around 15 minutes. Doesn’t get any easier!
