But, I am a fan of waking up in the morning anytime of the year and checking in with ourselves. SO many reasons to enjoy a piece of fish; yet, I know many people claim to not know how to cook it. Personally, I like to keep it simple. I brush salmon with olive oil, sprinkle salt, pepper, paprika and coriander on top and place in the broiler for around 15 minutes. Doesn’t get any easier!
