Labor Day has come and gone; and just like that another summer is over. I do think we feel it more on the east coast because it reminds us that the cold weather will be here before we know it and that can be rather depressing (At least for me!). So because of this, I’ve been trying really hard lately to stay present and not go down that foreboding path. I think in general the more we can live in the present, the more we can enjoy what is truly right in front of us. Sure snow will be falling in a couple of months – but guess what? Today I wore flip flops and a tank top, so there!

In this week’s The Keri Report:

  • Cold Brew Vs. Iced Coffee: Which is Healthier, According to Nutritionists?

You say potato, I say potahto! But either way, let’s agree that you don’t need to avoid them. Here’s the thing – potatoes, especially white ones, have gotten a very bad rap over the years. Personally though, I have never stopped enjoying them, and neither should you. For me, it’s always the white ones – maybe it’s because I don’t love sweet potatoes (OK, I admit a little unusual for a nutritionist). Read on to find out how your favorite spud lines up.

Cold Brew Vs. Iced Coffee: Which is Healthier, According to Nutritionists? Women’s Health Magazine

Loved doing this interview because it forced me to once and for all find out the difference between the two. AND (drum roll please) to actually try it! I guess the reason I hadn’t tried it before is that it was a tad to trendy for me. (Besides avocado toast I rarely jump on a food or beverage trend!) But if you like your coffee cold, I suggest you read this article. Let me know your thoughts!
