Hope everyone is staying safe, healthy and sane during this unprecedented time. I know I am trying my best. Just remember, go easy on yourself. If you’re not eating as healthy as you think you should, or becoming this amazing home chef, or not exercising as much as you want, now is not the time to indulge in self-hate. AND just because it seems others around you might be, who really cares! (Hey, ever think maybe it’s just what they want you to think?) Believe me, I didn’t bake my own bread prior to COVID and I am not starting now!
