It never surprises me the things people say about holiday meals that aren’t true!! I can’t blame them though, so many of these myths have been passed down from generation to generation. WELL – maybe this holiday season the myths end here! Maybe??!!

It’s that time of year when Starbucks offers a slew of coffees that should be renamed desserts. In any event, if you plan on partaking you might want to peruse this list. I’m definitely not saying to avoid – but maybe not make them a regular occurrence!

Oprah Winfrey Warns Fans About Weight Loss Gummies ‘Misusing’ Her NamePrevention Magazine

It was rather interesting for me to interview the author of this study for both my U.S. News blog and for The Keri Report podcast. Personally, I didn’t find it surprising, but rather substantiated my existing beliefs. My only hope is that the consumer will eventually understand that food restriction can come with consequences.
