Loved this sign in a local playground near my grandkids; YES, we don’t want our children hurting themselves while playing. BUT, it also got me thinking on a larger scale. Sometimes, it is better to NOT play it safe, even for our kids. Taking chances that might create some fear is OK  – because lots of times that is where real growth begins. AND BTW, I’m referring not to just the kiddies, but also ourselves!

How to Feel Best at Any Age – New Channel 8 – Bloom TV

Fun doing a segment for a Tampa tv station from my living room. Even though will NEVER get used to being  told to NOT look at the host, but straight into my computer camera. #fail

If you don’t feel like watching the clip, the cliff notes are as follows:
1. Eat antioxidant rich foods.
2. Take a postbiotic supplement.
3. Don’t eliminate carbs.
4. Get plenty of sleep.
5. Try and destress.

BUT, I still recommend you watch the segment!

What Is An Intermittent Fasting Diet And Which One Is Best For Weight Loss? – Women’s Health

Intermittent fasting is one of those diets that is FAR from over. If anything, it might even be gaining more momentum. However, as with any “diet”, if it isn’t sustainable without health risks, including emotion turmoil, then it most likely is NOT the one for you. AND, if I’ve said it once, or more like a zillion times –  healthy weight loss takes time, patience, and compassion. There is NO silver bullet!
