I’ve been reading a lot about how many people are feeling a little out of sorts when it comes to socializing lately. On one hand, some people are loving their busy calendars. They are finding gratitude for those in their life and totally enjoy reconnecting with everyone. Others are saying it’s too much, too soon, and are trying to retreat back. In a way they are missing their days of solitude, and are being very select in whose company they keep. The important thing is to move at your own pace, do what feels comfortable. Remember no one knows you like you do – honor that!

AND here we go again! Another crazy fad diet that has reared its ugly head. Personally, I LOVE eggs, eat them practically every single day. BUT – making them a secret bullet and adding lots of other restrictions – no thank you, I think I’ll pass.
