Ever think what a change of perspective could do, especially when feeling stuck? Whether it be with your job, relationship, or health goals – a simple shift of mindset might make all the difference. Now, I’m not necessarily recommending that you start standing on tables like Cooper (unless dancing on them 😜) but looking at things from a different point of view can definitely be a good start.

Now a days, it is all too often that I hear someone say “I don’t eat sugar!” But do they really mean NO sugar at all? Fruit has sugar and it also has LOTS of health benefits.
