Well, if you are thinking to yourself, “Hey – I haven’t gotten The Keri Report Newsletter in quite a while!” you are not mistaken. My apologies. (But thank you for noticing!) What many of you might not know is that I started a new company recently, totally unrelated to nutrition, a pet treat company called Peterra Kitchen. If I hear from one more person that bananas are too high in sugar and should NOT be eaten I will scream!!! Thankfully U.S. News asked me to write a story on debunking this – and so I did!!!! AND hopefully next time you see a banana you won’t think twice about eating one.

Does Enzyme Coffee for Weight Loss Really Work? Dietitians Explain the Buzzy Beverage  – Prevention Magazine

If I’ve said it once, I will say it again – you can’t make this stuff up!!! Hey, I am a HUGE fan of coffee, but don’t love that it is becoming a common vehicle for many health claims associated with what is ADDED to the coffee. Let’s just stick with a simple cup of Joe (sans enzymes) and move on. Thank you!
