My philosophy in nutrition is quite simple.

Hi, I’m Keri. I hate kale and sweet potatoes, but I love Brussels sprouts and French fries. I practice yoga by day and enjoy martinis at night. I have been a registered dietitian nutritionist for over twenty years and I love what I do.

My philosophy in nutrition is quite simple. I don’t believe in good or bad foods, just in foods that are better for you than others, and in those that we should consume more of. Honestly, I believe that all foods can fit into a well balanced diet. It is just learning about that balance that is most important. Deprivation is not part of my vocabulary.

My Yoga Journey

I have been an avid yoga practitioner for almost twenty years, studying with a wide range of amazing teachers mostly in NYC and the Hamptons. But it wasn’t till March of 2017 that I officially became certified as a yoga teacher myself. My 200-hour vinyasa style training was completed through House of Jai in NYC.

I used to be a serious biker (custom bike and all), then yoga took over. 🤷🏻‍♀️ But now I’m back in the saddle thanks to my grandkids (if you can’t beat ‘em, join ‘em 😉). Biking’s been the perfect way to boost my heart health, build stamina, and sneak in some anti-aging perks without beating up my joints.
